Talfaza is a local tech services platform based in Agadir, Morocco. The goal was to create a clean, intuitive digital presence that connects users with technology solutions — from device repair to IT consulting — without the friction typically associated with tech service booking.
Local tech services in Agadir were largely offline, relying on word-of-mouth and scattered social media pages. Users had no centralized, trustworthy platform to find and book services. The challenge was to build trust through design while keeping the experience simple enough for a diverse user base.
I led the end-to-end design — from brand identity and information architecture to responsive web design. The project involved close collaboration with the founder to translate their vision into a functional, beautiful product.
For a service-based platform, trust is everything. We used clear pricing, real testimonials, and transparent service descriptions to build credibility from the first impression. The visual design leans into cleanliness and professionalism — nothing flashy, everything intentional.
Knowing that most users would discover Talfaza through their phones, every screen was designed mobile-first. The result is a responsive platform that feels native regardless of device.
The booking experience was simplified to three steps: choose a service, pick a time, confirm. Each step was tested with real users to eliminate hesitation points.
The platform successfully launched as Agadir's go-to tech service hub, reducing the average booking time by 60% compared to phone-based alternatives and establishing a professional online presence for local tech services.
