Thami Bike Tours is a local bike-tour experience based in Taroudant, Morocco. The website was designed to capture the magic of guided rides through historic city walls, rural landscapes, and hidden cultural routes — turning visitors into customers before they ever set foot in Morocco.
The website went from 0% to a 3.5% conversion rate. It's now the business's best employee — bringing in bookings while the owner focuses on delivering unforgettable experiences.
Before the redesign, the website was effectively a ghost town — zero bookings, despite the tours being genuinely exceptional. The problem wasn't the product. It was the message. The old site didn't communicate trust, didn't show the experience, and didn't guide visitors toward a decision.
I led a complete UX and visual overhaul. This included brand voice definition, information architecture, wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, and the final Framer build. The work went beyond pixels — it was about finding the true voice of the brand.
I spent time understanding what made Thami's tours special. It wasn't just bike rides — it was storytelling, local knowledge, and genuine hospitality. The new site puts that personality front and center, using photography and copy that transports visitors to Taroudant before they book.
For a tourism business, trust is non-negotiable. We added testimonials, clear pricing, route previews, and a frictionless booking flow. Every element signals reliability without feeling corporate.
Every page, every section, every button had one job: move visitors closer to booking. We stripped away distractions, clarified the value proposition, and made the call-to-action impossible to miss.
